AI agent hack and use case
Write the morning dispatch brief
Three trucks roll out and the only person who knows the ugly stop is the owner, who is still writing the group text.
Time saved · 20 to 30 minutes before the first truck leavesEasy
Set the agent up
- 1
Pull today's jobs, parts on the vans, and open callbacks before the crew clocks in.
- 2
The agent writes a half-page per tech: first stop, parts, who is waiting, and the job that wrecks the day if it slips.
- 3
You glance it and send. It does not reorder the board on its own.
